Crown & Bridge Model

Every impression is checked by a senior partner before it is cast. This ensures that if any part of the model has been dislodged, it can be dealt with before the impression is cast, made and possibly compromised.

All models are cast in the highest quality stone, using the most modern techniques and the pindex system.

All models are countersunk to increase stability and accuracy.

All models are sawn by qualified / time served technicians, so there is never any loss to the margins.

All margins are also trimmed by the same technician.

There are only two technicians in the laboratory authorised to trim margins, so you will never see a variation in style

Metal Work

Tested and Approved - Tilite® Alloys have undergone extensive university testing and have been used in over 100 million restorations. Talladium's Tilite® Alloys are ISO 9002 Certified and have earned the CE mark. Biocompatibility Tilite® is a medically pure Titanium type of alloy insuring biocompatibility - a requirement for use with dental implants.

All metal is made to 0.3mm thickness and is produced by our metalwork technician. Our metalwork department is staffed with over 35 years experience in metal technology.

All metal is cut back at margin stage so that the ceramist can create a full porcelain shoulder if your preparation allows us to.

(Just think......you will never see a black margin AGAIN.)

Ceramics

For Bonded Crowns, we use Ivocar's 'Classic V' system. It is a proven porcelain with an excellent background and gives true-to-life shade representation. It is based on the Vita™ shade system, so there is no need for "yet another" shade guide.

We ask for all surgeons to give us a "nice" shoulder on their preps to work with; thus we can give you porcelain margins; thus yet again increasing the asthetics of the crowns which you will fit.
